Shipping Information

How much is shipping and how long will it take? We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499 (a ₹49 fee applies below that). Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

How long does order processing take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

How can I track my order? Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.

Do you ship across India? Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is Cash on Delivery available? Yes, COD is available on eligible pin codes. Some COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

Is online payment secure? Yes, all payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

Will I receive an invoice? Yes, an order confirmation and invoice details are sent after purchase.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

What is your return policy? Returns are accepted for wrong or defective products within 5 days of delivery, supported by a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

How long does a refund take? Approved refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to the original payment method.

Is an unboxing video required? A clear unboxing video helps us verify and approve your return or replacement faster, so we strongly recommend recording one when you open your parcel.
